We have been in business for four years.

Our primary service is water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and fire damage mitigation.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After being in the industry for many years, I decided that I wanted to be able to offer a better customer experience than I was while working for others.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our focus is on creating the best customer service experience possible. Our personnel are all certified with the IICRC, and are trained to be people focused. We also assist in negotiation with insurance companies where often home owners can get lost in the process.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two locations. One in the Beaverton/Aloha area and another out on the coast in Astoria.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Because we are in the home services industry, customers generally don’t come to our business locations.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all standard forms of payment, check, card, cash, and for smaller transactions we accept payments through pay apps like Venmo or Cash app.
Which areas do you service?
Our Portland office services the greater Portland area but mainly the high way 26 corridor. That includes Beaverton, Hillsboro, and as far as Banks.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is run by good people who live in our communities. The owner lives in Astoria Oregon with his family.

As an emergency service company we are available 24/7 365 days a year.
