How long have you been in business?
I have had my Kangen Water business for 5 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is a water machine that ionizes the water that comes from your tap. This machine changes the way the water molecules cluster together. Through this ionization process the drinking water becomes a powerful antioxidant producing more antioxidants than what we could have get by eating a totally healthy diet of fruits and vegetables.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a background in healthcare and have always been interested in maintaining good health for myself and my family.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I actually hold water classes that are designed to educate people on what ionized water is and what it does for the body. I also allow people to come into the water room and fill up their water bottles so that they can experience the benefits of ionized water. This allows for a full knowledge of the product and a chance to see what it can do for issues a person might be experiencing with their health. Once they have experienced the water, each individual can decide for themselves if this product is right for them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I only have the one location, but I do travel to the county fair one a year.

We are located in the Mountain Park area of Lake Oswego right off of Jefferson Parkway.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, personal checks, and financing is available.
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire Portland Oregon area.

Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment that I can receive is that someone is no longer suffering from a physical aliment after drinking Kangen Water. I love it when people tell me that they have been able to reduce or completely eliminate their medications.
