We have been in the Landscape Construction and Maintenance business for over 24 years. However, the Water Garden Center is newer to us. We opened our doors in 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
There are three things we really focus on: Landscape Construction Maintenance Services for Landscape and Water Features Water Garden Center Within our Water Garden Center our main focus is pond supplies although you can find lots of other unique items for your yard as well.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Landscape has always been part of our lives. We love being outside and enjoy the peacefulness of water gardening. We love meeting new people and helping them to create or maintain their own piece of paradise.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer while offering knowledgeable and friendly service at affordable and competitive prices.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are a local company. We have one location and want to keep it that way. However, we will be initiating our online store in 2011.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located in Boring on Orient Dr. across from Clemmer's Furniture. We are parallel to Hwy 26/Burnside near the 212 intersection.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard payments.
Which areas do you service?
For our landscape portion of the business we service Boring and its surrounding areas including Beaverton, Clackamas, Damascus, Gresham, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Portland, Sandy, Tigard, Troutdale, Tualatin, Vancouver, West Linn and Wilsonville.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a family owned and run company. The husband and wife owners are Randy and Dori DeLaunay. When you call or come in you may very well talk to or meet one of them or another one of our amazing staff. Our staff may not be related, but they are definitely part of our family.
What are your hours of operation?
Our Water Garden Center: Spring/Summer hours are Monday - Saturday 10am to 6pm Winter hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10am to 4pm
