We've spent more than 25 great years serving the needs of our customers throughout Oregon and SW Washington, since 1989!
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is helping renters find the perfect home. Just tell us what you want, and we do all the ground work, finding more rentals faster and simplifying the entire process. We also offer free advertising to landlords.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
There was a huge need within our community for a service that catered to the concerns of the tenant. In Oregon, there is no multiple listing service for rentals. Tenants would research for days and still not find all the vacancies.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
All other businesses actually work for the landlord, not the tenant. When it comes to finding rentals that meet your needs, our loyalty lies with you, the tenant. Personal attention, saving time, simplifying the process and getting results. Rental Data is it!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are entirely online with intuitive web pages. We build a private webpage for every customer and display listings from hundreds of resources in seconds. New listings which meet your needs are automatically posted to your page. Just logon and call the landlord.

Rental Data Bureau is a Small Business Corporation owned by it's share holders who are also employees of the company.
What are your hours of operation?
Website hours are 365 24/7. Office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Pacific Time.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Though hearing from a satisfied customer is always inspiring, any feedback about our service is welcomed, good or bad. We are far more interested in understanding our customers perspective than relishing compliments alone.
