What is your primary product or service?
Uninterruptible power systems, cooling, fire suppression and smoke detection.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My business partner and I were working together for many years in the electrical distribution world. With the creation of their own company we are now able to focus on the customer first.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are very hands on - from initial contact, through design and delivery. We focus on assisting our customers through all aspects of the project.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location and plan to keep it that way.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We're located off of Hwy 224 right next to Public Storage;however, it is rare we need to have customers come to us. It is best to visit our customers at there locations so we can obtain information on current loads, the layout of the room and additional information we need to give the best solution possible.
What type of payments do you accept?
We process our orders with purchase orders.
Which areas do you service?
We have site installations from Seattle to Bend.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Robert Rivera and Dawn Walkowski are partners.
What are your hours of operation?
We can be reached on our cell phones 90% of any day. Our office hours vary since again, we do not see customers at our office.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That our assistance on a project was helpful and they would recommend us for future projects.
