We have been in the Property Management business since 1982.

Residential Property Management, specializing in single family homes and small apartment complexes under 20 units.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We specialize in single family homes and we have a cap on our Management and Placement fees.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our office is located at 8925 SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway Suite C in Portland. We are directly across from the entrance to Jesuit High School. Our services cover the Portland Metropolitan Area except for Vancouver. We have explored the possiblity of expanding to central Oregon, but have delayed those plans at this time in the market.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept online rental payments from tenants and disperse owner funds electonically as well.
Which areas do you service?
All of the Portland Metropolitan area expect Washington. We are not licensed in the state of Washington.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Timothy McGrath and the McGrath family.
What are your hours of operation?
8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We are available for emergencies on the weekends and holidays as well.
